If you are not entirely satisfied with any aspect of our care or service please let us know so that we can address your concerns.

We take any complaints seriously.  We will investigate them in a full and fair way, while  maintaining your confidentiality.

Complaints can help us to improve the  care and service that we offer our patients. We will never discriminate against patients who have made a complaint.

If you’re still unhappy with the outcome, you can refer the matter to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman on 0345 015 4033, who is completely independent of the NHS and government.
