Laurence graduated from Newcastle University in 2017, where he was awarded the Joan Weyman medal for ‘Outstanding Treatment of Paediatric Patients'. Laurence then successfully completed his foundation year at a Dental Practice in Cramlington. He then went on to work as a Dental Core Trainee within the Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Department at the RVI in Newcastle.

Following these two experiences Laurence decided to continue developing his career within general practice and he joined Blyth Family Dental Practice in September 2019 where he works on a part time basis.
